The Railway Administration has successfully tendered the supply of traction power for 2024, necessary for the operation of electric trains on the managed railway network. Through an auction on the PXE commodity exchange, Sev.en Industry Supply has been selected to supply the Railway Administration with traction power in an estimated volume of 1,314,685 MWh next year.

EEX Group looks back on five years of successful development of power markets in the Central and South Eastern European (CSEE) region. Five years ago today, on 15 June 2017, EEX extended its product portfolio to Central and Eastern Europe by adding power derivatives products for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and Romania.
