End-User Market – customer
For trading on the End-User Market as a customer, it is necessary to:
- enter into a market participation agreement with PXE for the creation of authorisation to enter into transactions on the PXE End-User Market – customer
- sign a power of attorney to access the PARC application
- Pay a one-off entry fee of CZK 2,500.
End-User Market – supplier
For trading on the End-User Market as a supplier, it is necessary to:
- become a trading participant on the EEX exchange under these EEX Terms and Conditions (in English), including the relevant membership in ECC;
- Have an electricity trading license issued by the Energy Regulatory Office;
- Be registered as an electricity clearing entity with valid access to the short-term electricity markets with OTE, a.s.
- Enter into a participation agreement with PXE for the creation of authorisation to enter into transactions on the PXE market for end users – supplier.
- sign a power of attorney to access the PARC application.
