Who are we looking for?
- You are interested in the energy markets
- You have excellent analytical skills and enjoy working with data
- You have a very good knowledge of MS Office Suite (knowledge of VBA is an advantage)
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field (focus on mathematics, statistics or economics is an advantage)
- Communication in English is not a problem for you
- Experience in mathematical modelling or applied statistics is an advantage
- Experience in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau and others) is an advantage
What will be your job description?
- Preparation of analyses of the electricity and gas markets
- Managing and creating data models in internal databases
- Creating internal and publicly published reports
- Preparation of ad hoc analyses, statistics and presentations for the business purposes of the Sales and Business Development Department
- Support in determination of closing prices

The Railway Administration successfully tendered the supply of traction power for 2025
The Railway Administration has secured the supply of traction power for the following year. Powertica Energie a.s. was selected for the supply through an auction on the PXE commodity exchange and will provide traction energy for the Railway Administration in the next year in the expected volume of 1 219 857 MWh.
