How to become a market participant on the joint market of PXE and OTE

To trade on the Joint Day-Ahead Market of PXE and OTE, it is necessary to:

  1. Become a market participant on the EEX derivatives market under these EEX Terms and Conditions, including the relevant membership in ECC;
  2. Have an electricity trading license issued by the Energy Regulatory Office;
  3. Be registered as an electricity clearing entity with valid access to the short-term electricity markets with OTE, a.s.
  4. Sign a participation agreement with PXE.
